AS42 (02) L is a two-component silicone thermal conductive sealant that solidifies into a soft elastic material at room temperature or under heating conditions. It is used as a heat transfer medium for electronic devices and does not generate stress on electronic components. After curing, it closely adheres to the contact surface to reduce thermal resistance, which is more conducive to the heat conduction between the heat source and the heat sink, motherboard, metal shell, and outer shell.
