AS42 (15) is a two-component thermally conductive silicone potting compound, mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1, which can be vulcanized at room temperature or under heating conditions. After curing, it forms an elastic thermal conductive insulating colloid. Low viscosity, good fluidity, suitable for filling small gaps. This product maintains stable performance in the temperature range of -40 to 200 ℃ and does not experience peeling due to high and low temperature impacts. The cured material has excellent insulation performance and is suitable for encapsulation applications of power modules, computing processing modules, control boards, and other devices.
