AS42 (10) is a two-component silicone potting compound, mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1, which can be vulcanized at room temperature or under heating conditions. After curing, it forms an elastic thermal conductive insulating colloid with low viscosity and good flowability, which can be used for filling small gaps. This product has low stress characteristics, which can protect electronic devices from mechanical stress impact after encapsulation.
