AS32 (03) is a thermally conductive silicone gap filler. It is solidified under heating conditions to form a soft thermal conductive gel elastomer, which can eliminate stress, alleviate vibration, closely fit with the bonding surface to reduce thermal resistance, and is more conducive to heat conduction between the heat source and its surrounding fins, main board, metal shell and shell. 
AS32 (03) is easy to apply, has no sagging, is resistant to aging, does not crack after long-term use, and has an extremely low content of volatile substances. It can resist moisture and other harsh environments, and is particularly suitable as a thermal interface material in consumer electronics, semiconductors, automotive electronics, computing, communication, LED and other fields.
