One-component thermal conductive silicone sealant. It is solidified under heating conditions to form a soft thermal conductive gel elastomer, which can eliminate stress, alleviate vibration, closely fit with the bonding surface to reduce thermal resistance, and is more conducive to heat conduction between the heat source and its surrounding fins, main board, metal shell and shell.
AS32(03) is easy to apply, has no sagging, is resistant to aging, does not crack after long-term use, and has extremely low volatile matter content. It can withstand humidity and other harsh environments, and is particularly suitable for heating devices in consumer electronics, semiconductors, automotive electronics, computing, communication, LED and other fields.
