AE22 (07) is a thermally conductive epoxy potting compound. The curing speed is moderate, and the heat release during the curing process is small, resulting in low shrinkage. It has good adhesion ability to materials such as metals, ceramics, plastics, etc. After solidification, it has high hardness and no bubbles. It can prevent moisture, water, oil stains, and is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.
AE22 (07) has a thermal conductivity of 0.7W/m·K, excellent insulation performance, low viscosity, good fluidity, and can meet the needs of small gap sealing and large-area sealing applications.
