PM7005 is a peelable latex film product developed for temporary protection applications in surface treatment processes of PCB substrates. This product has a fast curing speed, excellent water resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent insulation performance. Suitable for manual operation, after spraying on the surface of an object, it forms a peelable film that can withstand soldering flux, wave soldering, and cleaning processes. By effectively isolating objects through adhesive film, it can absorb shock and slow vibration, barrier pollution, and effectively protect through holes and components. After the circuit board is processed, it can be easily peeled off.
