Two-component epoxy thermally conductive potting compound, can be cured at room temperature or high temperature, high hardness and no bubbles, to enhance the equipment of moisture-proof, water-proof, anti-oil performance, and acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It has good thermal conductivity and excellent insulating properties, low viscosity, self-leveling, and can meet the small gap potting applications.
