AS42(35) is a two-component thermally conductive silicone potting compound that solidifies into a high thermal conductivity elastic colloid at room temperature or under heating conditions, with low stress characteristics. The thermal conductivity of this product is 3.8W/m·K, which can maintain stable mechanical and electrical insulation performance from -50 to 200°C. It can meet the sealing applications of electronic and electrical components such as capacitors, transformers, and power adapters with high thermal conductivity and insulation requirements. 
AS42(35) has low viscosity and excellent flowability, and can handle sealing with small gap structures. It is used in industrial electronics, automotive electronics, computing and communication equipment, LED and other fields to protect sensitive electronic components from harsh environments such as moisture, high and low temperatures, vibration and impact.
