AC5615F is a one-component acrylic adhesive with a dual curing system of UV light and moisture. It has high thixotropy, medium viscosity, and is not easy to flow after application. The adhesive has good flexibility.
AC5615F can be used for flexible material bonding, widely suitable for bonding transparent plastics such as PC, PVC, ABS and other materials, especially suitable for packaging electronic components and chip corner reinforcement. It can also be used for bonding plastic to metal, plastic to glass, and supports fluorescence detection after bonding.
