AS42(16) is a two-component, high thermal conductivity, flexible silicone sealant product with 100% solid content, cured at room temperature, and heated to accelerate its curing rate. After curing, it forms an elastic body. Provides flame retardant, insulation, thermal conductivity, low modulus, and sealing performance. Can achieve automated production. Specially designed for electronic sealing applications, meeting the needs of ultra-low stress and high heat conduction.
